I'm sorry to hear about your experience contributing to HHVM. Which commit(s) were you talking about? I'd rather stop doing whatever got in your way so others don't have the same experience.

I'd be interested in what feedback you get, so I can make sure all the top ones run well on HHVM. Can you email me your results? Thanks (email at the top of http://paultarjan.com/ )

Wordpress' unit test suite was just too gnarly to get running with our test harness. Send us a pull request if you can get it working. https://github.com/facebook/hhvm/blob/master/hphp/test/

You can promise that :) I'll re-run anything that you need to re-run if you tell me what to do.

When did you try it last? We spun up a whole team (which I'm on) who's entire goal is to make all of the world's PHP code runable on HHVM. All of the top 20 PHP frameworks work on HHVM now. http://www.hhvm.com/

Whenever we can, we build extensions in PHP https://github.com/facebook/hhvm/tree/master/hphp/system/php Many of the older extensions that were imported back in the HPHPc days are in C since th

It depends what you are running, but you are at the right order of magnitude. Our main measurements are from running facebook.com back when it could run on both HPHPc and PHP 5.2 and then extrapolating from there with any improvements.

I'm glad we inspired you. I love the way you limited your Open Graph actions. They made an FB group a developer of their app, and didn't approve the actions. Then only people in the group can see the OG actions.

No. It is a brand new permission that must be granted. You will know since the dialog will be centered around "Add to Timeline" instead of "Authorize this app".

Yeah, this date widget has issues. Have you seen a better one anywhere else? You can always just fall back to the text box, but that is less good.

great point. I'll edit it to 3 more orders of magnitude.

Typing in the text box should just work. I'll try to make that more discoverable. Or if you have another date input widget I'm all ears.

There is a few other planetary orbital periods in there if you prefer another arbitrary unit. And other bases too incase you weren't born with 10 digits.

Your 1,000,000 seconds should be in there (unless you have past it already, in which case it is hidden behind the link at the top). Would you prefer different copy? Maybe I just emphasized that too much putting it as the title on HN.

We celebrate our birthdays every year, but why not our 1,000,000,000 seconds?

You can use Facebook lists to only post things to a set of people you want to. Or Facebook groups if you don't even want to be friends with them but want a group communication channel. http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=768

Thanks for the bug reports. I'm now extracting the Year from the IMDB page and making sure the Netflix matches correctly on the year or else I throw out the row. The main problem, is the first search result for "Toy Story" on netflix search

Sorry :( I can't edit the title now. I thought IMDb 250 was a known enough list.
