There are lots of situations where youtube comments would actually improve the quality of the content. Educational videos, for example, are often clarified and elaborated on in the comments. Unfortunately, trolling comments often ruin this

Because people assume it's an insubstantial conspiracy. I have plenty of friends and family who work in medicine and they'll readily admit that there are fad disorders closely preceded or followed by a pharmaceutical to treat them

I think it's unfortunate that this guy has so much power over technology and, maybe to a greater extent, society as a whole. I don't know his true intentions and ethics, but he just seems so disingenuous.

I'm not sure if I've ever had a valuable conversation where I thought that I should manifest and embrace distractions rather than just coping with them. Sure I can use my phone to embellish a conversation, but just like I didn

Have you been in public? I don't get the sense that most adults around me are trying to explore all of the world's knowledge.

His concern for his kid's isn't that they'll state a factual error when communicating with someone. It's that they'll avoid earnest communication altogether. There's one skill that definitely precludes the othe

I think he's arguing against the excuse for avoiding healthy interaction rather than the medium of communication. If text messaging provoked us to be more earnest and empathetic, then it wouldn't be considered as much of a problem

Are we looking at the same site?: https://my.yahoo.com/?mkg=970 iGoogle is being transitioned out for a Google now homepage. It's a much better implementation than a smattering of stale info boxes/links.

Did anyone read the article? This seems to be a biomedical company focused on engineering solutions to aging/illness. It's seemingly not Google Health 2.0.

I don't think this is a site. It seems like a research arm. They probably did use Google health to gather the prerequisite data.

I've dropped my iPhone 4 dozens of times and it never broke the back. I dropped the Nexus 4 once and it cracked all the way down the back of the device. Nexus 4 is still a great device overall (especially for the price), but the iPhone
