Why do you say Google will "never fix" the "lack of apps"? What do you call adding support for running Android apps? Clearly they are working on addressing this, even if they're not there yet.

If your comment is in response to the linked article: 1. Meteor isn't a client-side framework, it's a full-stack platform; 2. This post was written by a member of the community, not someone on the core team, so I don't think

You aren't tied to MongoDB. You can switch to Firebase ( https://atmospherejs.com/mrt/firebase ) or Parse or even REST APIs if you want. Someone is even writing a reactive MySQL driver ( https://github.com

It would be very interesting for our company to get involved with this at a partner level as we often work closely with startups during the earliest stages. Is there anyone from Facebook here who can get me in touch with the right people to

Could you elaborate on specifically which changes you weren't happy with? Just curious to hear what made things harder for you.

Could you make the source code of your app available so we (people who use Meteor) could take a look? Nothing that you're doing sounds hard or impossible with Meteor and I'd be glad to look through the code and help you figure out

I feel this way too sometimes, but I've come to relate it more to the fact that Meteor is relatively new, and the community has collectively built relatively few complex apps, so the documentation, available blog posts, Stack Overflow
