Uhh, this is really not compelling to me, at all. It's hard to understand if these differences are just differences or touted as supposed features. Especially since you can self-host headscale...

I can't get over the way interviewees are treated. I have had several run-ins with existential dread and realized that the first X years of sacrificing my life to FAANG company gave me enough money to retire for close to a decade (well

So because of your limited imagination or usage (or ignorance) of Git, this is "stupid" and "useless". Mmmmk. Yes, virtually any decentralized technology can be used in a way that looks like centralization. But as a do

This is satire, right? It absolutely has to be. You understand one major political party does exactly that while claiming the religiosity too, right?

It is a wild coincidence to read this today. This past week, I got my OG 1.6 modded Xbox out, my friend sent me a rip of a "Ultimate Halo" disk I made in high school, and I read a deep dive on the evolution of Xbox soft mods. Fasc

No, I'm talking about the complete shit show that is python packaging and the fact that there is any hand wringing over this (2FA) being "hard" to force on devs. There's nothing hard about it. This doesn't have anyt

Helloooooo riscv64-linux support! EDIT: lol this fickle site. Not my fault they didn't publicize the fact that they're now publishing riscv64 binary releases (allowing distros to bootstrap riscv64 targets now).

This is like posting to HN that GoDaddy screwed you. It's nothing but a self tattle anymore. The number of times gpg has failed to decrypt one of my "pass" entries: 0.

Sorry, you just want passkeys. Just look into it more. "My password is auto saved in a cookie with 'fallback' to email" is a complete, complete non-starter. I'd literally get dozens of emails a day. Absolutely not.
