This changed a couple of years ago but GlusterFS does run on FreeBSD now. It's not BSD centric but it works. https://www.freshports.org/net/glusterfs/

That isn't the same type of HDR that these HDR modes on cell phones are. You seem to be confusing bit's with stops of dynamic range. To simplify I'll pick a grayscale image so with 8bits you would only have 0-255 as pixel val

This brings me back to the time of when I used Photoshop 5 to create the entire website design and layout, create slices, and export to HTML which was then by edited by Dreamweaver.

RPC over Rabbit can work (and does) but you do have to remember that it in the end it is a queue and a couple of bad messages can stop your entire system. RPC over Rabbit is fine if you don't care about the result, or you can guarantee

No you can use Wayland as long as your window manager/environment supports GBM. Gnome and KDE both do (Which for most Linux users is all that is needed). Now you can't use something like Sway but their lead developer is too evange

For any slow performing query you can always log the raw sql that is generated and run a normal explain like always. You should also have database profiling tools in your disposal at all times, regardless if you use an ORM or just raw SQL.

I have no idea what their use case was, other than the lack of HTTP/2 support, if all you are doing is just serving lots of static files Lighttpd is still a very good choice.

Like other people in this thread have said, I definitely look for projects or contributions that look interesting, or are job related, to start out having a conversation. However, there is one thing I look for that will, usually, be a huge

I don't think there is a package yet for OpenBSD but this has changed in FreeBSD as of 3 days ago: https://supernews.freshports.org/java/openjdk11/
