In my previous job any humor or "humor" in the code was forbidden as it was audited by our customers. At first I thought it was stupid but after a while I was thankful not to have to read the same tired jokes all the time.

But the point here is exactly that they don't need to create it, they just need to judge it. They make the AI create the logo and then decide if they like it. I understand your argument but I don't think that's the problem -
