What I am about to say is not supposed to be insulting or personal, just some observartions on relative culture. I spent a while reading the author's stories from the road, and what I found most interesting was the disdain the author e

Exactly what I've been saying for years. Public perception of incinerators is pretty poor though.

It's been obvious for a while that the US is primed for its own Cultural Revolution. It's why I ironically support the various West-Coast separatist movements, because the inevitable communist hell hole created would remind folks

Detective Barbie is very problematic due to extensive transphobic and gender-normative storytelling. Here at the UCC (University of Corrected Culture), we only allow our students to watch videos of kittens.

If you spend any time on the Portland subreddit, you'll see plenty of stories and comments about how the city is just fine, and only Trump fans with an agenda push a "rioting and burning narrative". It's amazing watching

Why would you let an online hate mob ruin your real life? They generally have little relation to reality, and there's a decent chance they themselves are just being manipulated and used by others. I do feel that I have a place in some

Don't use your real name online. I don't have any complicated privacy best practices, I'm just not on social media and don't use my real name online if I can at all help it. Edit: Sounds like it's too late for you,

Exactly. IMHO nuclear is the only way, if we go down this path. And if we do that, then we mostly don't need to bother with wind/solar/grid storage.
