Things being recognised and never/rarely acted on is better than them going unrecognised entirely. At least in the former scenario, there's a shared awareness of the problem.

I can see how someone might believe he can/should be forcibly removed in order to address his apparent health issues, but why not allow him to return afterwards? Seems a gap in the story.

Have you _seen_ what Skype has become? MS may not be dreadful across the board any more, correct, but they absolutely have it in them to wreck a perfectly serviceable product once acquired.

Bottom left; click the little person icon. A modal pops up asking you to enter the user ID of the person you wish to chat with. There are valid complaints to be made about Riot's UI, but I really don't think that's one of the
