I picked 34" Ultrawide. It works just fine for everything. Easy to read, almost two "regular" monitors worth of screen space. Gaming on 3440x1440 is hard to max out (but easier than 4k), but you barely notice the difference b

I have all of my ideas in excel with columns: Time Needed, Enjoyment, Potential Income, Career Impact I score all ideas in all categories, and then I have my own formula which tells me which idea is worth it.

Woah congrats. I have watched a stream or two of yours and it looks really interesting. I really liked your marketing document and think others might find it really useful, hope you don't mind me linking it here: https://doc

Website looks really good but I am missing the preview feature. Surely you don't buy music without even hearing it, just because it supposedly matches the theme you want?

In 2015 I remember seeing billboards around construction sites saying: "Biggest construction project in Europe". Not sure what the claim was based off.

Anyone has any idea how to get started with VIM window api? Lets say I want to create a "floating" window on the side and populate it with some text. Where do I start?

I like Withings watches, they last 30 days and have tracking I like (HR & Sleeping) but no fancy display or anything like that. Design is also much nicer than any other smart watches I've seen.

I work with React Native: 1st I setup a script to start an emulator (iOS and Android), build and deploy an app to emus, start development JS server, open vim and split the window to have a terminal ready for anything else. 2nd I automated a

I'm working on a VR game that let's you feel like you have telekinetic powers. You can manipulate the objects in distance. You have to activate as many objects as possible in scene to progress.

No. Bureaucracy hell is bad as well. The least amount of rules that can keep us on the sane path the better. I'm for ban, but I can't even find any sources saying it had no effect (or the opposite). Anyone can help?

Is this for real? Is there any other scenario where 100% is not the default? Adding support for different zoom levels is not the same as just making a website responsive (there are differences in behaviour if I remember correctly).

Is there any data on that? I am interested how many people use different % DPI on desktop, what % of the people use scaled font sizes on iOS and Android.

Why would that metric be useful? Geniuenly wondering. I learned in the past that open issues are not indicator of how useful the library is. Example: Worked on a project that used a library with 150 open and 3500 closed issues. Turns out it
