Try a far infra-red heater. They heat bodies, rather than space. Hung on the ceiling over a desk, they are great balance between expense, space-heating and keeping warm.

We left them because of this. Long overdue move away from Gmail Gsuite resulted in TS costs for our dozen user team at least doubling; the overhead involved in managing the overlay network acls was also getting out of hand too.

Congrats on the launch! My nephew is 8 years old. I have been on the hunt for a platform that is suitable for him to create a space invaders style game (he has a huge notebook crammed with video game ideas). So tools like pickcode, sprig, s

You might want to check out NReal Air then - the headset is super lightweight, has adapters for prescription lenses, and works really well as an alternative to a monitor. Usual disclaimers, happy user etc.

I use a community plugin that saves to a Hetzner storage box, which support webdav off the shelf. Works flawlessly across all the platforms you mention and Linux too.

I was intrigued by the prospect of a foss voip phone app that's cross platform - but was unable to find the repo. for the app (libary repos are available and obvious, just not the app as a whole). Anyone know where it lives?

I misplaced an apple pencil recently. The $30 amazon "replacement" was perfectly serviceable and I no longer had to worry about losing it... (The original turned up a few weeks later - down the wife's side of the sofa :-)

Does anyone know if the Gateron x Lekker hall effect switches are available for purchase on their own? I haven't found them listed anywhere yet. Recommendations for hall effect switches with similar properties also welcome.

Some people need tools like this, as an assistive technology - think RSI, Parkinsons and other issues that affect dexterity or elbow movement. Not so weird.

Tailscale's insistence on using third party auth is an absolute PITA. With the withdrawal of GMail's free email to a custom domain/workspace product, our org switched email provider. The pain that then followed with TS suppor

I had one, which I kind of regret selling. It had a dinky charm, but when was the last time you needed to look up a contact's details? In the same way Little Black Address Books (and Filofaxes) are redundant these days, the ReX has had

I feel and share your pain. Additionally, the GMail policy used to be to 'roll over', so once you reached {whatever} limit, old email would drop off the end - a perfectly sensible option in many scenarios. No longer - if your mail

By "a more accessibility-focused proprietary OS", do you mean MS Windows? Or MacOS? Or both? So far, the strategy of controlling X-windows apps via piecemeal scripts seems to be paying off OK. The ideal would be full voice control
