I see what you mean. I do understand the desire to reduce boilerplate. I'd go for a small framework like Lit (I'm sure there are even smaller ones out there) for that but I wouldn't fault anyone for writing their own. I guess

How is this different to the standard WebComponents then? I mean, web components are JS with HTML in them and you have all the power of JS to manage state and functionality. In case of zjs you have HTML with JS in it and you get an entry po

There are quite a few HTML include components out there. A quick GH search return a lot of results. From very simple ( https://github.com/include-html/include-html.github.io/blob/... , from 3 years ago), to mor

It’s remarkable that you can write a paper about a 100 lines of code (literally). Maybe I should try that some time.

OK, no silicone. But we might be just fine after all. Just yesterday we had a story about Bismuth transistors that are better in every way than silicon ones. Maybe a tad more expensive. There are a plenty of other semiconductors out there t

GitHub profile is not a CV. A few things that immediately jumped at me: - Not all code is on GitHub and not all of it is public. Recently I see more and more code moving elsewhere: GitLab (both managed and self-hosted), Codeberg, Forgejo in

Well, there are talks about a mineral deal with Russia, others also mention gas and oil. Who knows, maybe it can grow into an all encompassing trade deal. Very good for America. The best.

Depends on how you count. There are tariffs on everyone for steel and aluminium. There are specific tarrifs on Canada, Mexico, EU, and China. Trump promises to back off from NATO, which pisses off pretty much everyone on the European contin

Let me be sceptical for a second. This is such a non-feature. A single search a month consitutes usage. You literally have to forget about Kagi for more than a month to have any advantage here. My guess it this happens less than in 0.1% of

Yeah, it seems this free-rotating design would keep one side down if the center of gravity is not exatly on the intersection of all rotation axes. This might be worse than a common single-axis cooking.

Animated images in the readme are not a very good experience. I’m trying to read the output and make sense of it and it just blinks out. There’s no good reason to have animation here. We all know how text is typed in the terminal.
