Yeah, I know that. There's no easier way to create a permanent underclass than to restrict access to education and stifle ideas that are threatening to the status quo . BTW, the 9 point outline in that PDF is actually a good framewor

That depends. Did I tell 60,000 people to come up with new ideas and send them to me? Am I talking on the phone to someone who says they have a new idea? And, after I give that person their 5 minutes (or whatever), does it sound like a m

It's not so much the ladders that suck. It's the fact that you have to step on people to get past a certain level that's the toxic dynamic. And, as far as boot licking goes, that's easy to explain. People are under the

Again putting words in my mouth, huh? I did not say any such thing. I said that it could benefit "society as a whole." I highly doubt a capitalist society would adopt such a principle. Nor did I say that any country spying on

It always amazes me how ignorant most of the so called "capitalists" (who generally control little to no actual capital) are. Thanks for showing me at least someone paid attention in economics (or maybe history) class.

And, you're deflecting. It's called "whataboutism," and it's a logical fallacy. Educate yourself and look it up. You're also straw manning by claiming I said imperialism is unique to capitalism, when I did n

I see. So, all the wars of imperialism of the last 300 years didn't happen? Thousands of people don't die in the US alone every year because they can't afford medical care? You're either being deliberately disingenuous

Try divorcing yourself from a 1950's Red Scare definition of the word "communism," and imagine what Karl Marx actually had in mind. From Wikipedia: > According to The Oxford Handbook of Karl Marx, "Marx used many ter

No, the entire point of UBI is to literally put $X extra into everybody's pocket. What they do with it after that is up to them. More importantly, half the people receiving the benefit, by definition, will be making the median incom

So, the fact that everybody has $X per month extra in my pocket every month, and everybody knows everybody else has $X per month in their pocket isn't going to raise prices? Sorry, but I don't believe it.

Why would it? You can legally include any number of family members in a will as heirs, including zero. If you want to specifically exclude individual family members as well, you can do that, too.

What kind of twisted logic leads you to believe this? The whole point of reviews is that you can read them and use them to influence your purchasing decision.

That's very naive. There are only two hopeful scenarios here: action from the top, and collective action from the bottom. Action from the top means that we will have capitalists willingly going against their own short term interests.
