So it's likely that previous bonuses/raises were also based on 'old' stock prices. But since Amazon stock was (pretty much) always increasing, this means that those bonuses were consistently lower than what they should&#

I'm surprised no one (including TFA) has mentioned Trainline yet, as it addresses a lot of the issues mentioned in the comments here: - buy tickets (with easy explanations of when/where they're valid) - see which platform a t

(0 experience in offsite backups so apologies if this question seems a bit dumb) I'm confused - can this be used as a simple cloud storage platform, or are there limits on how often you can upload/download data? If I can SSH into

One of my favourite ever YouTube channels, that sadly isn’t around anymore, explored this concept with the ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ theme song. If anyone’s interested check CDZA out! https://youtu.be/LMkJuDVJdTw

Is there somewhere to read more about this? It sounds very interesting, are there any places/systems that are considering using this, or even talking about it?

A new iPhone SE has flagship specs for $400-500, and Androids cheaper than that (and even much costlier ones) struggle to last 2-3 years - an iPhone easily lasts 4+. I don't want to turn this into an Android vs iOS debate, but want to

The only paper I see referenced talking about the vitamin D-COVID link is [0]. It doesn't look too polished, and the methodology seems a bit lacking - I'm not a professional though, so if someone is please correct me. Assuming the

Yes but nowhere near 1 cent per email, a sum that is still very little for legitimate users (especially considering the high likelihood of getting it back), but much higher than what current spammers pay.

I'm studying Quantum Computing for Computer Scientists [1] - until I found this book, I thought anything covering quantum would be too physics oriented. As the title implies, this book is nothing like that, covering all the mathemati

You very much don't need to "essentially be a lawyer" to be able to include ads - services like AdMob have easily configurable SDKs for getting GDPR-compliant consent. It's really no more than a few lines of code to resp

This isn't supposed to be implemented now: these are all pilot studies to see if - in the future - UBI makes sense. We don't yet know whether automation will replace most jobs (I'm of the opinion that it will), but if it do
