To me, YUI smells like a big bloated "Enterprise software" while JQuery is small and "Made by hackers". I have used them both and when I run into bugs, the ones in YUI are still open and waiting for the time until their "paid" developer has

Hmm.. autotools work and they actually work quite well. Besides - most the replacements that have been written eventually end up even more complicated than autotools..

Well, isn't "everything" around us toxic, when handled inappropriately without proper equipment and caution? Take water (dihydrogen monoxide) for an example - you can drown in it. Or pure ogyxen - extremely flammable. So it isn't about toxi

Unfortunately gvim in X11 doesn't support fullscreen by itself. (At least I haven't found a way to do it.) But fortunately there are external programs that allow doing it. Right now I'm using devilspie ( http://burtonini.com/blog/computers
