  This seems like a valuable resource - so I'm bookmarking it for later reference.. however, I have no idea where to start with it. I'm a complete cooking neophyte - so I'm guessing 'recommended reading's is where I should start. Wish the site was both accessible to newcomers and returning gastrohackers both.
