Maybe it is meta commentary on how broken automatic content filters are when applied to forum posts. I too got 11% but stuck assiduously to powered vehicles on the ground of or launched from the park. I did not include the tank. I also got

I agree with many other comments here that this is more an effect of the practical purpose that maps are created for than any presumed nefarious motivation. Look at the list of supported projections in the PROJ database - it's a very l

The answer by user 'Blue' on the same thread seems more practical to me. Their answer[1] uses notation that doesn't translate to this messageboard. Perhaps a reordering of their method, using the existing caret notation:

I have the same keyboard (MX Keys). I didn't have the flashing-light problem, but the lights nevertheless would constantly turn themselves off, after a very short (~5s?) period of inactivity. I spent a not inconsiderable amount of time

I can personally contradict this with my own interactions with RMS, in which he gave serious and continuing thought to development of libre computer interface software for blind people. Accessibility is listed as a FSF high-priority project

I've yet to find a better source for desktop pictures/wallpapers. Cassini images are probably the prettiest, IMO. The shots of large telescopes on the ground are always a bit inspiring. And the writeups really are nice - IANAA, so

Slashdot attempted a redesign, but there was a revolt (the slashcott) where everybody refused to discuss anything except for their dislike of the redesign, and - after a week or so - the site relented and didn't go ahead with the chang

I could be wrong, but I think the more time-consuming part of certification is initial certification of the procedure - a company (eg a company that offers modifications to aircraft owners) will gain certification for their ability to perfo

It'd be nice if, generally, people could be more specific when they refer to dangerous systems. 'AI' is a notoriously ambiguous term; we've arrived at and normalized countless 'AI' systems so far (chess-playing

Strang's OCW lectures on linear algebra are excellent. From a distance, he truly seems like a professor that was at least as interested in educating the next generation as he was making his own discoveries.
