Nice - fast implementation and this should shore up what seems to be by far the weakest link in your (privacy-above-all) offering.

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe President Obama has "merely" continued the Bush-era policies and programs. Maybe they've extended, but that's because the initatives have matured and the technology has improved. To b

Actually, most of this discussion has centered on the tech press' reporting, not the specifics of the wedding itself.

Spot-on. If people would stop playing "gotcha" and focus on the substance of this post, we'd have much more substantial and valuable conversation. Snapchat has always positioned itself as a temporal messaging app, where anything goes - but

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with cynicism. It definitely serves a purpose, as you point out. The problem I see is that OPs tend to receive a reliable and sustained torrent of cynicism, and little else. Sure, there is

Given the success of FreshDirect, I really like Amazon's chances at nailing this vertical. After all, they are experts in shipping logistics, managing distributor-relationships, and handling payments/customer service. I trust them to seek

Is it not legitimate to call out piss-poor management and cronyism without also "setting an example?" Does this mean that only people at the helm of $1b+ companies are able to criticize Zynga's pathetic ineptitude? Not sure what your aggre

Very cool. Reminds me of http://www.ommwriter.com/ . I like using minimal text editors like this when I'm brainstorming or making a first pass at something; good for simple, distraction-free writing. Cheers

Your argument about not paying rent and using public resources is more valid, I believe, when discussing a company like FreshDirect. They essentially roll-in a mobile grocery store that idles on public streets while making it's deliveries.

Even if Amazon.com != AWS, it is still bad for the Amazon Brand which encompasses AWS. If they can't keep their own server up, how can you trust them with yours? An unfair argument, perhaps, but one that impacts them all the same.

I'm disappointed in the technical solution for uploading footage at www.BostonMarathonTips.FBI.gov It would be very powerful if they had a public-(upload-only)-dropbox where folks could drop relevant footage in a seamless manner.

This is really cool. I'd recommend seeding Thryv with some "curated" workouts such as StrongLifts and/or Starting Strength. I'm not sure if those plans are copyrighted, but that would be an easy way to onboard folks with a ready-to-go pla
