Memorizing gender: I hear the trick is not to do it separately ("1. I know the word 'Mädchen'. 2. Its gender is feminine.") but as an integral part of the word ("1. I know the word 'das_Mädchen'."). A

I would say the mailing list has become much less hostile and more supportive then. The data model has not changed much, so that criticism is still relevant. The templating engine has been switched again (ClearSilver -> Genshi -> Jinj

It seems not that many people have enough time and long-term interest in contributing significant improvements to such projects. GenericTrac was mainly a plan by Christian Boos, who worked a lot on Trac in ~2005 - 2013, but has not actively

Can you give some examples of its power and customizability? What does JIRA do that for example Trac can't? (Trac can often be customized with 10 lines of simple Python (or CSS, HTML, JS) dropped as a single file into the plugin folde

Fun indeed! Can you talk about how the artists authored the original models? Was it an automated conversion from a standard polygon model or from a full voxel model? Or was it all drawn in this special slice format directly somehow?
