I don't know where you live, but where I live there is no choice for which ISP you use. This is true for many, if not the majority of people in the US. I am unable to use the ISP I want to use because it is blocked in my building by a

I had no interest in an Apple watch but after getting one for Christmas this year it took me just a few days to fall in love with it. I now feel very foolish for how much I've spent on various FitBit devices that constantly failed.

For me, the amount of pleasure I derive from using Swift instead of Objective-C far outweighs the downside of crashes and bad error messages. At this point I think I'd stop working on iOS/macOS if I had to go back to working in Ob

If your girlfriend wants a stable language for iOS development she should use Objective-C. Apple have been very clear about the fact that Swift is evolving and that there will be breaking changes. Changes to Swift are hardly indecisive or p

Not sure what OP meant by crashes, but yeah, Xcode itself doesn't crash that much for me. SourceKit crashes all the time, but it restarts automatically and doesn't bring down Xcode. Not pleasant, but not terrible either.

What, in your opinion, has Apple done to macOS to make it more like iOS that alienates pro users? Has any iOS-like feature of macOS actually prevented you from using macOS functionality? I'm using Sierra and honestly haven't even

My iPhone 6 is still perfectly useable, I don't notice any slowness with iOS 10, certainly nothing that makes me want to upgrade.
