I've built a first version of Logdy[1] over the weekend. Since then I have been developing it and it's getting traction and attention. Logdy is a real-time logs browser that is meant to replace viewing logs in a terminal during de

I don't want to sound harsh nor demotivate you, but you've picked a very hard market IMO. If you have experience on working on such tool in a different company then leverage that knowledge to build a robust GTM strategy. Innovatin

Why should I choose your service instead of one of many other established players on the market like UptimeRobot, Cronitor, Uptime.com, Checkly to name a few ?

If you want to go back to IC role, that should not be a problem anywhere really. If you are tired of "all the responsibilities, management, etc" then you will probably not follow that path anymore, you tried and it's not for

Don't do it. Unless you've foundn a specific niche, competing in a software house space will be a race to lowest price and you will often lose to Eastern Europe/India software houses. If you really want to do it, consider bui

I've been working on Logdy.dev a web based UI for browsing logs. I want to offer developers a similar experience to logs browsing on production but during development stage. More on https://logdy.dev

Here is an interesting plot twist. At the time, one of Miitla "competitors" was Kippt[1], I was impressed with their design at the time and followed them very carefully. Turns out, Kippt founder is Linear founder these days... Per

Don't start with the solution, start with a problem. Define it, explore, and identify pain points, how is the problem solved right now? What can be made better? Don't start building until you understand what problem are you solvin

Did you consider posting an issue on GH? my 2 cents: if you intend to secure the content then it cannot be delivered to the client, as in: you need to have a password/token protected endpoint. If it's just for the visuals then I g

Personally, I don't care about the build times as they happen in a GH workflow [1] and the compiled sources get updated to Cloudflare Pages that's how [2] gets deployed. [1] https://github.com/logdyhq/homepage
