   Your comment seems false given private banks commonly don’t charge overdraft fees, or late fees, or interest charges.

   Capital gains are not eventually taxed if you hold the stock until you pass them get the step up in cost basis. Easier to do if you can borrow cheaply and deduct the interest.

    Because there will be an annual interest rate to borrow and there is always margin call risk given the vol of crypto
