It is very close, but what's more interesting to me is that it's actually amusing. I've yet to see an LLM actually be originally funny (entirely possible I've missed the crossing of that line) and the opening lines put a

For completeness, x-maxxing morphed out of "minmaxing" in gaming culture. https://old.reddit.com/r/rpg_gamers/comments/kew14o/ok_what_... It was fine before they got hold of it.

Yesterday my google home mini gave me the current temperature in farenheit. I live in Canada and use a pixel. Dumbest fucking AI going. May as well give it to me in coulombs per hectare.

IIUC it's not the model of buying domains from registrars which stinks of crap, it's the buying from registrars by domain squatters who then flip them for a profit having provided zero value that bears a whiff of shite. These tick

The last time I mentioned this I got downvoted into a crater, so maybe ppl hate it (I'm open to hearing counterpoints!) but there's an army of tech freelancers swapping advice in a slack called "Rands Leadership Slack".

Don't let me deprive you of a laugh, god knows we could all use one. But software developers are stuck on the benefits of source control and the workflows it provides. I'll take a pull request and a code review over "normal p
