No, why? Earlier Lisps had locatives while preserving their semantics, and https://github.com/stylewarning/cl-locatives emulates this behavior (albeit with a slight performance hit). What in Lisp exactly is similar to

Sure, but the macro function is a normal function - it has inputs, outputs, and (preferably) should be pure. There's nothing special about the macro function itself, really. You can see it explicitly in Common Lisp, where you can eas

A macro is a perfectly normal function. It's simply called at compile time, with its contents as its argument.

OK, thanks. I was confused because Time Machine is capable of backing up to a remote device.

I'd like some sort of a comparison with Duplicity/Déjà Dup that seems to be the default on Gnome/Cinnamon.

Identity is a collection of beliefs (I identify as X, often context-free/in all contexts), whereas personality is a collection of functions (I behave like X, usually in a given context).

I have no time nor will to make this a part-time job. Burnout is a real thing, hence I don't want to turn all of my hobbies into money-making machines.

Not really. I used Pilot Parallel pens exclusively for doing this piece, so I avoided most of the nib problems (and experience) myself.

Yes, it should be a book. I didn't change the original title of emacsomancer's work; his original typeset image could have easily made it into a book, whereas my version suffers from some size inflation.

An important part of doing calligraphy (or any other work where Ctrl+Z is not an option) is improvising of how to cover things up so that such mistakes become invisible. I have actually made a huge mistake in the original, and then managed

The inspiration is linked in the article - I saw emacsomancer's machine-typeset Y Combinator Codex and I thought, "oh, I'll show you the Y Combinator Codex". The rest is about two weeks of intermittent calligraphic work.

Maybe we might want to add something like "- Lisp calligraphy piece" to the end of the title, if this should be an exception to the keep-the-original-title rule.

So posting the contents of my ~/.mozilla/firefox/default/extensions/ on GitHub is going to remove all of them from the store? Goodness, I wonder why no one thought of that until now.
