One of the problems with coding challenges is that I suspect you miss out on a lot of potential candidates. I did a round of interviews recently and one wanted me to do an online test and then a puzzle. I did the online test, received the p

I ran out of air once, which obviously has the same effect as "double regulator failure" and I was fine. If you have failures like this you're taught to share air with your "buddy".

I got 21 out of 40. Although it was strange - imagining a person was really hard, but imagining a sunrise / clouds / thunderstorm seemed really easy. Even when the question was, "can you imagine their clothes" and the gu

I got laid off recently and was applying for all the jobs I could find. So I had to do a bunch of these programming projects. I don't mind them per-se, but it takes so long to do each one and you have to be ultra-clean with each one. I

I used to work at a place where a guy used, "Hello Fuckers" as test data. Our manager got a very angry call from a customer who printed out a 300 page report with, "Hello Fuckers" at the end of every line.

Let's not forget RoboVM, which is free (with paid options): https://robovm.com/ I've used this before and was amazed how well it worked, particularly with libgdx: https://libgdx.badlogicgames.com/
