The citizenry largely does submit to the rule of law regardless of what the government does. The consequences are too severe to do otherwise. Especially when it comes to the CFAA in the US.

I preordered it so its sitting on my desk. Just trying to find time to read it. After skimming through it, I suspect it will address a few aspects, but the overall goal of the book is so different it likely won't address most of them.
