This app is a front end for Xdebug( http://xdebug.org/ ), and with it you can easily trace your code, follow your triggered functions, see the variables changing as you run the debugger. The available tools for the mac don't work well enoug

I can totally relate with your comment. I've found myself converting from web to native as well. Mostly because webkit is still slow for UI operations like resizing elements that require some Javascript to be processed and so on. The downsi

I can totally subscribe what Jason said here. One time someone said that I wasn't "startup" material because I wasn't open to work 80 hours per week. They said that like it was a bad thing :), fast forward a few years and their company is n

I'm going to be honest here, I look at IAP games as spam. I don't care how much time you game took or how well it's designed, as soon as I see that I must buy coins/points to upgrade weapons, levels etc, the little 10 year old nes kid in m

Exactly my thoughts, if any, Apple has spoiled it's users (media mostly tbh) and we are always expecting new changing tech from them. And since that hasn't happen in like 2 years all you read is "Apple is doomed to die"

Normally people will start calling Iphone + released year. Eg iphone 2012 version. This won't work if Apple launches more than one version per year, which I doubt..maybe...

I wish you the best of luck on your game, I still believe there's plenty of people like us who feel this way as well. I look at Limbo, Braid or Meat Boy, and they get it. They are great games with no BS. I don't mind iap for other type of a

As a developer and mostly as a gamer I find IAP a cancer, not just regarding the app store but on gaming console as well with all those DLC. As a gamer I feel like I don't actually own the game, I've installed it and all, but it's like this

To be honest I was talking just about iPhone development which is the main mobile device to code for atm. And yes, while you have to have responsive app (iPhone, Ipad, vertical/horizontal), you pretty much have the framework (cocoa) do all

I don't agree at all. It doesn't matter if someone copies your product, they will be marked as the "<your app> clone", and as long as you have a stable, good looking app and with good feedback from clients you don't have to worry th

You should consider doing a french language intensive course, also, try to get out of the house as much as possible and talk to people and friends. The best way to learn a new language for me it's to talk to the natives daily, even if you d
