That might be a good situation to remember that almost all television and radio stations in Hungary are under governmental control and so it might make sense for the government to keep people away from too much Internet usage.

The very same person could just use tor to begin with, without running an exit node at all. And from some perspectives, including mine, that's a good thing, at large.

As far as I see, Readme.io has additional features but everything you've listed is available for free on readthedocs.org, built on Sphinx which is free software.

Why should it? There's not too much a lamp can do besides being switched on and off and maybe changing the brightness and/or color. I guess a REST interface, it not a simpler protocol, would be more than sufficient to control it.

I guess you are referring to the GTK/QT/... theme used? Most tiling WMs don't set one by default, but you can easily do so by using a custom .gtkrc-2.0 or so[1]. [1] see, for example, https://wiki.archlinux.org&#x

You write about having a rational discussion but all you come up with are some non-representative anecdotes and the "argument" of "you'll understand when you are my age". Does that make sense to you? > . I'm

Correct, my argument was more about the concepts than the concrete implementations. I don't use Apples AppStore and I don't like Googles Playstore, but things like fdroid are quite nice.

It sounds very advanced but an assembler for a rather simple architecture like z80 is much easier to write like most (other) compilers for example.
