Charging iPhone users more was actually one of the suggestions Phil Schiller made. I'm pretty sure Spotify charges more for people who subscribe from within the iPhone app. They made a lot of noise a year or two ago about this and ende

I think Apple solved this issue years ago because they got flack about "Free" apps that would have in-app purchases. Apps are not marked "Free" in the App Store. Instead it simply says "Get" to download the app

I really wish there was more granular nomenclature around budgeting. "Budgeting" varies so much and the splash page rarely helps. So I will often have to download or sign up for the app, attach actual data (which I'm less tha

A lot of visual professional apps tend to be color neutral so you don't bias your work. Whether for trendiness or for functional reasons they also all tend to use darker colors for their UI. This seems to extend to audio apps, too. For

I follow your logic, but I really think it's about money since they also put up barriers for testing out of classes. Usually, a strong state-run community college program lets an Associates degree earned at a community college transfer

It goes even deeper than that. If you look at the history of photography, film, and television you'll see a bias towards white skin tones that standards have been built up around. Just looking at "leader ladies" or common ref

If flyovers come out of training budgets it's not a cut. The whole premise was reducing unnecessary programs. That has a clear knock-on effect of reducing the need for headcount and recruiting. I'm not a fan of constant military d
