Try pycharm. It allows debugging Jupyter notebooks. Not perfect but better than nothing.

The article fails to address the bigger issue: if enough data is provided and the information becomes clear, what then is the resultant? Without a genera A.I. (which we are a long way from) how can the process work be done and what will it

As a developer who has risen through management ranks quickly I can say that without training and support I would have very readily lived this principle. One set of skills can only be partially transferable to the new demands of management.

Agreed on both points. The shift will bring a lot of opportunity to build a more decentralized repo base. I think something like (Keybase)[ http://keybase.io ] might be interesting.
