Agreed. There are some small businesses that will not even answer the phone anymore.. but try sending a facebook message.. almost instant reply. I hate this, but the fact is that small business depend on that. Facebook almost took over the

While I find it interesting, I would be more interested in seeing the times of these companies when you are a paying customer. I expect faster responses, but I would not get surprised if some took ages..

I <3 Movable Type. Used it for several years and got really sad when it started declining. Only started using Wordpress late in the game and never got to understand their template system. MT and Blogger was less complicated.

I tend to do the same. Specially since I am only using Firefox's tracking protection. I don't mind seeing adds. So I am not blocking ads, just trackers. Figure out a way to show me the adds and I won't mind. Back in 97, webma

99% of times we need to send proof that we are students, what is interesting is that many companies accept that even if it's not in English. Probably on good faith. In Brazil, universities can use .edu.br, but we have few universities

great idea, but having an centralized service is risky. if they go away, you will not only have a 404 but a dns error. and while it's nice that they have a contingency plan, abide it can not be possible.

all of these can be faked. if you really want accurate information, server logs are the best. the only thing facebook or users can't block. if facebook says you got all the clicks, use the server logs to show otherwise. -- edit. I'
