So free speech absolutist means you tolerate incoherent yelling in all places at all times? While you're trying to focus and get work done? While you're trying to sleep? At your wedding? At a funeral?

There is a difference between a social media platform user experience and an employee you pay to work. In the first case you are hoping they will use their free time on your platform. In the second place you are exchanging money to get them

This is a little ridiculous. Budgeting, which is simply not spending more than you make, absolutely works. There are tons of Americans who suck at this at all income levels. There was just an article the other day where a lot of people maki

Look if you’re going to ban politics from the office to be “focused professionals” you really HAVE TO nail the professionalism bit. Rescinding offers etc is beer league HR and Planning. What a clown show.

Its not like those schools are demonstrably better its that those schools are exclusive and provide social connections to elite social classes. The whole point of them existing is to be exclusive more than it is to educate.

Everything slows down. Almost every CFO wants to be more cautious. Some companies get more aggressive, since they want to seize the opportunity in the marketplace and possibly get talent for cheap. This typically has pros and cons for the e
