Many similar robberies happened in other Eastern European countries. It's not as simple as X paid Y to get Z. As your example alludes, it's much more subtle than this. Closer to you scratch my back, I'll scratch your friend's of friend's of

The problem with how you look at it is that you consider transparency a possibility. It's not incompetence, it's corruption. If you believe such a deal would go through without a lot of money directly or indirectly exchanging hands behind t

Not sure if know/care but the fonts you use look really bad when ClearType is not enabled: http://i.imgur.com/VmCR0.png Looks OK in IE though.

What would you think if I told you I had issues with Linux, drivers crashing, kernel panics, programs not integrating nicely, and for these reasons I choose not to use Ruby?

As much as we like to think of ourselves as cold and calculated, able to cut through emotions when making decisions, more often than not we're just like everybody else.

For that query I get ipadinsight #1 in bing. The only other result from that list that shows up is the "usedipadforsale.net" as #5.

That's not intuitive. When I go to a site I know if I remember the password or not. If I have no clue what the password could be I won't even attempt to login. If I don't see the "forgot password" link I would assume the site doesn't have t

They mention using a single column, but what about displaying the address fields in similar way to how they're shown on paper, i.e. city, state zip in one line? Would this fall under one-column or two-column presentation?

Firebug is well worth it, in my opinion. I installed FF4 recently and was happy to notice that Firebug was a lot faster. Unfortunately, either FF4 or Firebug is leaking memory like crazy. I'm talking 800MB in 20 minutes with only two tabs o
