Neat game, looks fun. Congratulations on launching! It made me sad to see the island torn up by polluting industries. I would be more excited about the game if there was a sustainability angle... maybe that could be an expansion pack? You u

The Zig website [0] has an FAQ for this. I’ll copy in an abridged version here for convenience: ========== Why Zig When There is Already C++, D, and Rust? - No hidden control flow. If Zig code doesn’t look like it’s jumping away to call a f

Very cool. Have you considered bundling support for tinyweb protocols like Gemini and Gopher? Those will work with full fidelity over the kinds of connections you’re focused on, and the core Browsh features allow you to jump from Gopherspac

Yes. I think GP’s point is that dinosaurs and big tractors are different enough that it’s unwise to dismiss concerns about this as “well, it worked for the dinosaurs.” Mass and ground loading is just one part of the picture. Roam area, root

Neat. I thought Ghost was just a JS-based static site generator, but apparently they've built out a whole platform to help independent content creators build & monetize an audience. Great to see!

I’ve settled on https://www.brain.fm/ for this. I really like how I can dial the music in for the desired effect. For me, it’s more convenient and effective than searching playlists.

It would be super fun to implement an intelligent head() function that shows a representative sample rather than the first X rows. Do the profiling & identify a collection of rows that represent the overall distribution. You could devel

Could this be used to deploy Go CLI programs as web apps? I haven’t worked with WASM before, but it seems like you should be able to sniff the CLI definition and expose the arguments and flags as basic web components / widgets.

My understanding is that Relay Attacks take advantage of the fact that key fobs are weak transmitters. If your car can hear the key fob, it assumes the authorized operator is close enough to interact with the car. A relay attack bridges the

So what happened with IPv6 then? Seems to me that that we solved the v4 address exhaustion problem and then just… didn’t use it? IPv6 support is mostly just a greyed out option on a buried configuration menu as far as I can tell.

I’d say so. My gut says it’s running in 4th place for data analysis behind Python, R and MATLAB. I think it’s strong enough to grow beyond that on the merits, but Mathworks won’t go quietly and both R and Python have strong ecosystems.
