Yh, the end of civilisation is a good thing after all, so enabling greedy fuckers to accelerate all life on Earth ever more rapidly towards destruction has to be good ...

Viewing the continuance of our race as only the responsibility of parents is pathological. Moreover, children are all of our [mid-term] futures too. If education fails, there are no doctors for anyone not ultra-wealthy. You have to look fro

Surely it's not the camera per se , it iss the people who are installing them. One key driver is lack of efficient law enforcement. Do you force people not to give up their own liberties? In a democracy? Although better privacy laws w

Bus to Bristol Temple Meads (railway station) used to be pretty good. Bristol now charge cars £8.50 (for 5mins) to use the drop zone. This means lots of cars dangerously trying to set-down/pick up passengers in the busy main roads outs

Many of the crash reports from the likes of Mentor Pilot on YouTube call out insufficient type-experience as a cause of accidents. Sometimes it's "the same" type, but the manufacturers manipulated the situation, the changes m

Pose bias? Most pictures of animals like penguins are face on (I think they're mainly at 45°, and birds are general profile; so perhaps it's a more generalised bias)? Or perhaps the 'recognisable' is correlated with face
