1. It was right after the first MVP was hosted on Heroku so not that much work. I had to write Dockerfiles and set up a CI/CD myself (Github Actions thank you). 2. I'm a dev with a bit of DevOps experience but mostly as a user. I

It can be optional! When you're joining a flat, select "I have no camera" in the audio video settings.

Firstly - thank you! I recently introduced a "floor builder" which allows you to select different tiles that you would like to use in your flat. This might be something more serious with professional looking meeting rooms or more

Ah yes, flat.social has nothing to do with Calla but thanks for mentioning it, I'll have a look! As per the JS library for audio/video - I have used Mediasoup.

It seems from the website that InSpace is a proximity based chat app too so this aspect might be similar. I don't really see a demo there so hard for me to assess the exact differences! I'm experimenting with the revenue model rig

Spine problems from weights are no joke here for sure - been there, done that. That's why I emphasised on the professional trainer in the original post. Technique and staying within your limits are really important to avoid any injurie

I agree with this. One of the best things I've done last year was signing up to a powerlifting gym and working through all the basic movements (from a long warmup to compound movements) with a professional trainer. It did wonders for m

I second that. SEO is a slow growing channel and it takes some time to get effects. Starting earlier can help out. Also, make sure that your page loads fast - especially the content that you are trying to index. Low hanging fruit like optim
