Interesting- I think you will have a hard time convincing people here in the U.S to go with you. For $9,000 a promise to fix 2 of their main problems in 40 days isn't enough for the very savvy ones.. But all the best to you..:)

I don't know what industry you are in. But a good way to do it is; A)Work with a recruiter (But make sure they understand your background and don't waste your time with the wrong jobs) B)Select the companies you want to work for
