Can't speak for the others, but here's Sofia's situation(at least from my experience): - don't know about schools, but kindergardens are a privilege you'll be fighting for - it's fairly safe, obviously exercise

Considering torrenting is the preferred method to view online content at least here in Bulgaria, and I assume in most of the rest of the non-western world, I would advise against underestimating the technical abilities of most internet user

Because the EU should absolutely not become a superstate like the US, it should remain firmly an economic and political union and the less force it is capable of exerting, the better. That means no army and no police force? How Democratic c

Common Lisp, for it's maturity, stability(decades old code still runs on modern implementation) and remarkably good design considering it's a language designed by a committee. Almost all of it's problems or dusty corners that

Common Lisp isn't a language particularly focused on FP, in fact, since pretty much everything is mutable, eager and dynamic, you might consider it downright awful at that. CL has more in common with Smalltalk than with Haskell or ML I

In common lisp 'nil is of type 'null which is a subtype of 'list, which is a union of the types 'null and 'cons so it wouldn't be an error. Other lisps might chose to do it differently.

All of those could have been and a lot of them are libraries in the CL ecosystem though(with varying degrees of quality unfortunately). I feel the reason clojure is a separate language at all is because it would be pretty hard to get a lot
