Both Django and Rails will be around for many years being useful and making businesses a lot of money. Not to mention I've seen quite a few legacy code bases that would be pretty expensive to replace so there will be maintenance work for a long time as well. They'll never be "the new hotness" again, but that's a bad sign anyway IMO.
