What we see so far is that large amounts of repeat attack do stem from the same ip:s, so shutting them down should lessen the overall amount of abusive traffic on the net as well as repeat abuse against your server(s). For now, the service

We believe it is time to stand up to the hackers and spammers which is why we try to encourage people to be good netizens and report the abusive network traffic to their web servers. Just CC your Logwatch reports to us and we will make sure

The argument made against Kurzweil could surely be made about anyone who makes claims about the future. I do find some of Kurzweil's far out predictions kind of fun though, and I have a habit of checking on them every few years to see

Did the addiction have anything to do with the fact that you are a software developer? Good advice, but I doubt that developers would be especially prone to alcoholism.

For me, the big one missing would be Skype. There seems to be a command line client called Clisk though, so perhaps that might be worth checking out.

A beta version probably should be free due to it being a non-finished product. On my current project ( https://report4me.com ) we're trying the free beta model not only to get beta testers but also to determine a price point.
