Having worked in multiple platforms — web, native desktop and mobile, it still amazes me how far ahead CSS is as a styling paradigm in terms of expressiveness and power! Infact, it's the best language for styling content ever created.

I wish so too! Being a UI/UX person who has an eye for good design, I'd love to contribute to OSS projects. I think a lot more OSS projects should reach out for contributions in improving usability — it's almost always what s

I moved away from using the LastPass Chrome extension after realising that it makes page loads upto 50% slower. https://twitter.com/_pastelsky/status/1180864405648502784 On the whole, every part of LastPass feels

Thanks for writing this. I do agree that the idea of resources being constrained and the mentality to do the minimum required to meet bar is quite prevalent — and the educated & well-paid aren't immune at all. I can't generali

Have aliased micro to `mi`, so I don't have any excuse to use vi / nano over it. And frankly, it's just works — syntax highlighting, intuitive shortcuts, good input controls.

I don't think that was ever the argument. Increased testing has been recommended by the WHO, has noticeably helped prevent a bigger outbreak impact in South Korea & Germany and quick isolation makes a lot of sense for a disease tha

Print's reporting has been a mixed bag. For eg, the last video compares deaths vs testing in a poor country like Bolivia — situated many miles away from global hotspots to that of Belgium's — one of Europe's headquarters. It

If you start thinking as margin as a relationship between two or more blocks instead of property on a block, some of the issues with it are solved. Whenever possible, I try to use the sibling selector for this – .header + .nav { margin: &

Congratulations! Sourcegraph's search is very nice, though I feel its UI/UX limits it's true power. Filters are organised horizontally, hard to scroll, hard to combine. The UI feels a little outdated as well. I'd love to

I didn't see a section on CSS-in-JS libraries (or did I miss it?). That seems to be one of the more divided areas as far as opinion is concerned.

It isn't perfect, and it does penalize LastPass's behaviour more due to its poor startup performance. But I don't think it is entirely unrepresentative of real world performance. If your hypothesis is correct — if you have La
