In this case not as then you find the wrong sl - you need to know where the correct sl was installed.

Use the full path of sl and not rely on $PATH in the same way cron and macOS GUI apps do for I assume this exact reason.

Like most things in democracies this relies on the judicialk system being able to enforce and make correct rulings. But Trump is calling out 'Corrupt Judges' and giveing pardons to all. So how would thins be enforced. Also in US j

Unfortunately that seems to depend on who did the test or your GP. There seem to be sites for your GP (which mine does via a .nhs.uk domain it used to be via https://account.patientaccess.com/ which still shows appointments

Ah the difference here is that I can't use multiple tabs on my phone as they are too small. So tabs are only relevant to me on desktops and even then I will often use new windows.

You are comparing desktops to phones. I do most things on my desktop for the reasons you say but on a phone multiple tabs etc is a pain.

You go to the nhs webpage and it works in the same way. Login is better on the iOS app as you can use touch id/faceId and not userid/password also the webpage asks for cookies as it can't seem to remember the choice

Yes because users can read the data themselves and don't need a programmer. Financial users live in Excel. If you stick to one locale (unfortunately it will have to be US) then you are OKish.

The ASCII control characters do not appear well or are editable in a plain text editor. I did always use TSV and I think the original use of CSV could have used that. But TSV would still have many issues.

Yes but then the text is not human readable or editable in a plain text editor. This would confuse most users of csvs they are not programmers they at most use text editors and Excel.

Yes but in practice CSV is defined by what Excel does. As there is no standard to which Excel conforms as it predates standards and there would be an outcry if Excel started rejecting files that had worked for years.

OK I was thinking about the UK party system where party members vote. In the US it is just the registered voters that need to be won over.

Even worse - My part of project just did a release of new functionality making things much quicker. Others just did a change of the screen colours making no difference and got massive praise for their work.

The problem is not in getting the 1% at the end but it si the primary system. But that is true in all two party states. The people who take part and organise the party will not be in the centre undecideds they will be those who are off cent

Siri often can't tell the difference between off and on. Setting timers has got worse it now on a significant proportion of timer requests replies I can't find that in your Library. Alexa is much more reliable.
