The time in the database is low. The time is the time transferring data over the network and the limiting factor is the number of individual transactions. A result processing one record does have similar speed to one looking at 1000 records

Perceived ates of tax evasion are high enough to justify further actions to make it harder to avoid tax. They are definitely perceived high enough. In Europe salary earners are taxed on the income as they receive it through Pay As You Earn

Tax payers benefit. There are not transactions that avoid paying cash - they are reported to the tax authorities - so tax payers pay less. Hush Money - these means something is being covered up - this would be better in the open - what ios

Excel was already a quasi IDE 30 years ago even without VBA. Excel macros and the C FFI interface worked. I suspect HN users in general are different to finance users and so have not seen how Excel is used.

You don't know what Excel does. This is normal Excel use. Most large organisations use an Excel front end to their enternal services and the uses uses VBA to put them together. - Basically Excel is the finaciers web browser. Unfortunat

Agreed on more automation. But some tests will take time to run so a day turn round is a quick turnround. If you have databases involved it will not be a 2 minute run - the network latency will make the queries take time. Note these need to

So the unit test is a business case. All tests should be on business logic - code logic might not fit the business case at all and so that should be a fail.

Yep one tester I know had as his first tests Hit multiple keys on the keyborard at once and do that for a few seconds. Then if it p[assed that he would get down to more structured testing. Testers have to assume the user is an idiot and als

Beacuse anyone with a budget had Excel already - and had to use Excel to be able to use other peoples' spreadsheets. LibreOffice is not bug compatible with Excel. Look what Excel had tro do to replace Lotus 1-2-3. Including making 1900

Any actual medical evidence for this. I get eyesight issues straining to tell colours apart or read text. Turning brightness and contrast up makes for much less strain.

For that size of astigmatism I would think there was an extra price you don't get the price of a lens broken down like that (bi focals and the blue filter will show up as extras) So how do you know there is no extra. I just had to pay

Isn't that what XML did - you only put the namespace in if it was needed. As for multiple ones in the same object it makes sense if you want to reuse a definition used elsewhere e.g. to add an address using a predefined address type. I

The issue there is the complexity is necessary for some cases which are not met in trivial cases. E.g. When including element names from two sources. That is not a common use in json but with schemas you will come across it
