I don’t disagree with some of your other points, but having problems and being inclined to complain about them are often separate things. Like at startups, there are often a ton of problems, naturally. At some startups people complain a lot

Wait, what happens to the formulations after the company goes out of business? Is all the effort really just lost?! Surely it’s just bought by another org?

It's crazy how little Google's marketcap benefits from things like this. Zoom's here sitting on 75B (~1/15th Googs) as we speak and Google Meet probably isn't even legitimately used in pricing Google. Wonder what Go

Maybe they can just put in double-glob (recursive) support in one Go as the embedded files stuff needs it too. Wonder how that will work from a backwards compatibility perspective? Do asterisks have to be escaped to begin with?

Can any lawyer comment on the fact that this is the same group from the Uber v Waymo trials? I’m curious how this sort of thing works. Grudges? An Achilies heel you found? Is it common for a firm to hit again with something unrelated? I’m f

Wait what?! Most of the major go libs (std and not) have been stable for years. Rust is merging random syntaxes and random packages get upgraded to std lib all the time. The package ecosystem was so stable that go didn’t ship with a package
