May be I needed to be more clear. Of course there can be variations, but the maximal potential iq is static throughout life and we can't change it. Good nutrition, good environement will help someone achieve it, I don't know about

Today there is no way to increase your iq. Exercise may improve your attention, emotion regulation, reduce stress.

In addition, I would like to see more articles about the dangers of misdiagnosis of adhd. There are a lot a conditions that can be mistaken for adhd( sleep disorders to overactive thyroid). The articles that try to glorify it really annoy

I'm curious if these scientists try to make the connection between the flow and the focused attention meditation. It seems to me that by trying to meditate, you are actually trying to get to the state of flow.
