Not sure if fiction. But right from the start smelled like a 'submarine' PR fluff.

How are plumbers so skilled and powerful that they can avoid being enslaved? If slavery is legal in your country, certainly being a plumber vs housemaid will not be the deciding factor in whether you become a slave. Clearly the key factor h

Oh, you mean a plumber working from home, just like a programmer? And not having to pay exorbitant real estate prices to live near his clients? What a horror!

You're confusing paid advertising with marketing. Marketing is interweaved in almost any business activity. No marketing means you literally register a company and then wait in your house for someone to randomly walk in and pay you for

One of the dumbest takes I've seen in a while. Good customer service is like juicing in athletics. You can get away just fine without it but once those pesky competitors stop yelling at their customers, you're kinda forced to do t

Shouldn't be that difficult to explain. I think the concept is called "tasty" :) And there is plenty of food with that property. Meat wouldn't even rank in top 10.

Probably the first 2 usecases that came to my mind, after I saw what AI was capable of, were "spam at scale" and "writing papers to get published". Though, the latter is also kind of spam.

Humanity has worked out a system where every person would own a small house each - the system is called "live in a remote place in a hut made out of clay and straw, with no access to running water, sewage system, electricity, roads and

I saw the graph. It's probably crap, given that there is 5% death rate at 0km/h but let's take it at face value and let's say we implement 30km/h limit. Then there will inevitably be people claiming "death rate

Why not reduce speed to 10km/h then? Even fewer people will be killed! This is the covid logic all over again. Let's lock everyone in their homes, we can't afford to have old people dying! Also, no, ICE cars generally don
