Wonderful, LiChess is such a great achievement. Simple, intuitive interface, free and open source apps, no ads, no payment. I play (very mediocre) chess against people from all corners of the world on a daily basis. What a wonderful thing

Though a delivery company not turning a profit in a time when an unprecedented number of people are having items delivered to their homes must be somewhat exceptional. Added to that the ongoing campaigns to regularise staff contracts and wo

Littered isn't necessarily a pejorative term. You could litter a bed with rose petals, or find your path littered with gold coins. It's not necessarily like saying 'trashed'.

I think one of the issues is that you must prove that you have an income and can support yourself. A certain amount of amount of British people were working "cash in hand" and not paying any tax, so they won't be able or will

Yeah that's an interesting idea. There are a couple of issues with it though. Let's think about Signal, Twitter, Facebook and Tor. The US government is putting increasing pressure on social media companies like Twitter and Facebo

It really feels like we're heading into or at least towards a new Cold War, with the U.S. and allies on one side and anyone they consider to be a threat on the other. Both 'sides' will (and really already are) marshal private

Signal has given some, probably very little, support to the Ubuntu Touch port now known as Axolotl. https://github.com/nanu-c/axolotl I'm sure that if it grew in popularity they might be inclined to support it fur

K9 used to feel like a great app, but I think it has been creaking around the edges for a while. I've thrown in a few quid. There isn't anything to rival it so I hope it gets some more developer time.
