The aim is not to get rid of paper but to use the best tool for the job. So paper still is the best tool but for less and less jobs. We won’t ever need to get rid of paper though.

The problem is that your password reset token shouldn't be reusable. The token is only leaked after the person visited the reset page, which should invalidate the token on load. Without a valid token, the reset form shouldn't load
