Ubuntu 18.04 symlinks /usr/bin/vim to nvim when you install Neovim, so it kind of calls them the same. But ok, I agree that technically they are 100% different

But why should it matter for customers who does the job? I mean, if you don't tell anybody, and pretend it's 100% AI then it's bad, but if it "will eventually become AI", and your investors and everybody interested

Just found this provocative post on HN (the other HN). The interesting part is that it comes from a Java programmer. When I was writing Java and using big IDEs myself, I was too advocating for longer lines. And now? Now I'm all Vim for

Right. That's pretty much why I'm asking. From the engineering standpoint it just doesn't make sense to have all these organization, they're just adding a huge overhead to the system. However, I agree that it is how it i

And yes, 'your' is important in this case. I definitely didn't want it to sound like another Docker-blaming article.

The point was not to complain about how bad the Docker is but rather to highlight that a lot of unexpected things may come from the fact that the kernel is shared. "Logging too much" was just a reason for the posix_fadvise being c

Final Cut is like $300 - a price of a new GoPro. Btw, I think that GoPro could be a great company to compete in the video-editing market. They already have a wide audience, and they just have to make their Quick editor more feature rich, wh

The website says $50/month == full creative suite price. It's probably a very reasonable price for a professional, who uses the tool every day and makes money on it, but for my needs, it's way overpriced...
