Original title: `GotaTun -- Mullvad's WireGuard Implementation in Rust`. I laughed too much at the alternative title, because it's so true.

About Kindle, if you're in Europe, you could try Nextory or BookBeat. They don't have as much content, but are good services nevertheless.

Strange, I thought this is actually the norm. Our PRs are almost always tagged with a corresponding Jira ticket. I think this is more helpful to developers than to other roles, because it allows them to have history of what has been fixed.

With exception to Ubuntu and maybe Office your list is mostly enterprise-incomplete. Big corp cares about Active Directory, Teams, Azure and most of all Exchange (M365). Microsoft have managed to carefully pack all of these around Microsoft

Nice feedback. Out of curiosity, have you made any fine-tuning to psql that greatly improved performance?

Another interesting article from Feb-2024 [0] where the cost of inserting a uuid7() and a bigint is basically the same. To me it wasn't quite clear what the problem with the buffer cache is but the author makes it much more clear than

We have a BFF and were considering for a while to go with GQL but eventually scrapped the idea: it seemed like a lot of work on the BE side. But, we are quite constraint on resources, so now even the BFF seems to consume more and more BE de

I’m pleasantly surprised that Tyrannosaurus rex’s tiny hands were depicted so accurately. As far as I recall, scientists are still puzzled about why it even had hands. Apparently, they were too small to be useful for anything, not even scra

While this is true, I think some fields like game development may not always have this problem. If your goal is to release a non-upgradable game - fps, arcade, single-player titles, maintenance may be much less important than shipping. edit
