Tell that to all those assholes that are making malware and scamming society on billions. Most of users are not able to keep themselves safe in the internet - they want to install all kind of crap without thinking too much. All of this is c

I think google has incentive to get that data for themselves so they won’t give that up. One of those would be in corrupt countries you don’t have the „trusted 3rd party”

Code signing is somewhat OK as I can get code signing cert using provider in my country that I can go to physically and show their employee my ID. If google does that then it’s not the worst. Worst is having to get my ID and all details sca

I don’t really see this as universal truth with corporate customers stalling process for up to 2 years or end users being reluctant to change. We were deploying new changes every 2 weeks and it was too fast. End users need training and comm

Logical answer is to get reasonable people to vote when HOA is having vote. Don’t let Karen and her buddies run the meetings. People nagging about HOA seems like are not owners or not knowing how HOA works o r supposed to work.

It still is engineering you only mistake design phase. Writing code is the design phase. You don’t need design phase for doing design. Will drop link to relevant video later.

You either know a lot about designing cars or you know nothing about it. My guess is you know nothing about it based on malfunctioning airbags that should be possible to be replaced easily. Airbags are one action components so until they fi

Sounds like we are in the end game for „move fast and break things”. Doesn’t feel like we can invent something that moves even faster and breaks more.

There are older cars that have the same safety features as new ones but those cars are still expensive. I don’t remember any super novel safety feature that came up in last 10 to 15 years. Especially ones that could be just added to any car

That’s what I disagree with. For me Git is for managing source code. Everything else is trying to fit square peg through round hole. There are other tools for managing projects and better ways to version large files or binary assets. Git is

Yeah but GIT is not the tool for that. That is why I don’t understand why people „need to use GIT”. You still can make something else like keeping versions and keeping track of those versions in many different ways. You can store a referenc

I think maybe not storing large files in repo but managing those separately. Mostly I did not run into such use case but in general I don’t see any upsides trying to shove some big files together with code within repositories.
